Carly Smith

Had I completed my high school education, I would have graduated in 2010.  After realizing the benefits of having a diploma, I completed the work needed to receive my High School Equivalency Diploma in 2018.   Having my diploma has changed my life.  It has helped me land a job, and it has allowed me to enroll in some college courses which I have taken to further my career.

Most of my high school friends graduated in 2004.  I didn’t, because I dropped out of school in the tenth grade.  After a couple of years of working at various jobs, I decided to go back to school in an effort to get my degree.  After looking into the possibility of doing, I decided to get my high school equivalency diploma instead. In 2008, I earned my equivalency diploma.  Since then, many job opportunities have come my way.
